John Sharp drives substantial organizational growth and efficiency with vast Federal Contracting experience.  His execution of practical yet creative solutions for government customers results in successful program starts and effective recovery of troubled projects. John’s experience in solutioning, developing, and leading all levels of engineering organizations adds to his understanding of how to navigate and leverage beyond engineering, to include the  entire enterprise, and enable client-defined success. The construction of solution teams he intricately pieces together have successfully developed hundreds of competitive bid-winning proposals. As a technology executive and chief engineer, John creates mission-critical solutions by identifying and implementing new and available technology resources while modernizing business operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction. A large part of John’s career involves work in aviation and air traffic related fields. He is a recognized expert in red program recovery and green program start-up, having led a dozen FAA and international ATC programs valued at over $7B USD. With nearly 30 years in Lockheed Martin’s Air Traffic Management organizations including leadership of Lockheed’s IS&GS’ 9,000+ personnel Engineering Organization, John led the engineering transition into Leidos as the SVP and CTO. His career progressed as  the VP of Solutions for CACI after which he served in the same role at SAIC before joining Levia Partners.  We are thrilled to have such an accomplished leader as a new Managing Partner.

Taylor Serio joins the management team as a majority owned equity partner marking the company’s new status as a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB).  Taylor Serio, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with five years of service, brings a wealth of expertise in logistics, engineering, and team leadership. During his military career, Taylor excelled as a Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Representative, where he managed over $3 million in assets, led cross-functional teams, and coordinated the complex logistics of air transportation for heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with international regulations. His ability to develop, maintain, and track vital equipment was instrumental in passing multiple inspections with flawless results.  As a GSE Squadron representative he also served as a Mechanic and The Fleet Liaison.  Prior to his military service, Taylor also gained valuable engineering experience through internships where he contributed to the design of rugged computer prototypes and developed innovative solutions using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. He is currently pursuing an engineering degree at the University of San Diego with a focus on smart home design as well as working with the Levia team on day-to-day management of the company.  Taylor’s technical skills, adaptability, and leadership will significantly enhance Levia Partners’ ability to deliver innovative solutions and optimize operations. We look forward to leveraging his unique blend of military discipline and engineering acumen to drive the company’s continued growth and success.
